Independents - Washington is Listening Now
Lura Forcum, May 10.

Hi friends,
Breaking news! Its seems like we’ve got Washington’s attention....
After months of building the Independent Center, I’m excited to announce the exclusive press coverage in the Washington Post was just released.
To access the free gift article, click the link here.

Paul Kane’s piece captures the essence of our goal to break the two party system: “You have two actors who’ve insulated themselves from competition, but what it’s allowed them to do is stop responding to the market. So, of course, it’s going to invite in competitor”
But for far too long, there hasn’t been viable competition for Republicans and Democrats. Competition is a good thing and offering Americans more choices at the ballot box is a way to reengage and rebuild our democracy.
The lack of choices in politics is what we’re going to change.
In the author’s own words, “Their objective is both relatively small and, in terms of impact, potentially massive.”
If these individuals, who have been overlooked by the two-party establishments, suddenly have a means to engage in politics, the potential is limitless.
Washington DC is starting to take note…. now is our time and we need your help.
Please help us by sharing the Post’s article, help us get more signups for our movement, and offer your ideas and thoughts to how we can make real change happen.
I’m looking forward to updating you on our progress in the coming weeks.

The Independent Center is the go-to organization for information, research, and engagement with independent voters, who now make up the plurality of the electorate.
We represent those who are fed up with partisan politics and feel politically homeless. We believe the future is not red or blue; it’s fiscally responsible, socially inclusive, and free to choose the best options for ourselves, our families, and our communities.
